CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Order Cancellation:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may have already been processed or shipped.If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.
Returns:
We accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 3 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used health, beauty, skincare, and personal care products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. If a return is approved for a defective or damaged item, Bright Potions will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
